Ideal Candidate/Day in the Life

DOXA franchisees work Monday to Friday focusing on networking, attending business events, and prospecting leads through LinkedIn or cold calling. They target small and midsized businesses with greater than 20 employees that can support remote workers. After consulting with decision-makers to define the roles needed, the DOXA recruiting team in the Philippines and Colombia manages the hiring process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding global talent. Franchisees focus exclusively on consultative sales and building client relationships, with no involvement in recruitment, HR, or accounting tasks.

How do Franchisees Make Money?

When clients choose to add DOXA global employees to augment their US staff, they pay a monthly fee per employee to cover salary, benefits, taxes, technology, plus a markup amount that is set (negotiated) by the franchisee. The total cost is typically up to 70% less than they would incur by hiring employees in the US.

The markup amount is shared between DOXA and the franchisee as a non-traditional royalty. DOXA pays franchisees 40% of that markup every month, per employee retained by their client. Our standard is that clients place a minimum of 3 DOXA employees to start. As published in our current FDD Item 19, the average markup per employee placed is $520 monthly. Do the math and see that it doesn’t take too many clients (at 3 employees per) to reach a comfortable six-figure recurring revenue.
